At Banka Bazaar, we value your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy ensures a smooth process.

Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Certain products (innerwear, hygiene items, food, custom-made goods) are non-returnable for safety reasons.
• If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must return instantly (as we provide instant return facility) or raise a request within 48 hours of delivery via email: info@bankabazaar.com.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be initiated once the seller verifies and accepts the returned product.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or wallet within 5–7 business days after approval.
• In case of COD orders, customers must provide valid bank details for the refund transfer.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available only for the same product (size/color variants) if in stock.
